About Scorpaq

Building a new operating layer for modern hospitality.

Scorpaq is building a hospitality platform designed to connect the guest journey with the operations behind it — from scan, browse, order and payment to the tools businesses use to manage service and understand performance.

Hospitality should feel easier — for guests and for the people serving them.

Great hospitality is human. Too much of the experience is still slowed down by waiting, fragmented tools, repeated manual work, disconnected information and information arriving too late. Scorpaq is being built to remove that friction without turning hospitality into a cold, app-heavy experience.

Technology should support service, not get in its way.

One Core. Adaptive Experience. Guests should move from discovery to action with less friction. Teams should have clearer operational context. Businesses should understand what is happening without stitching together disconnected tools.

One platform across the hospitality journey.

Scan. Browse. Order. Pay. Behind that guest experience, Scorpaq is being built to help hospitality businesses manage menus, orders, service contexts, payments, operations and business intelligence across restaurants, cafés, hotels, resorts, room service, bars, pool service and lounge service.

Founder

Scorpaq was founded by Hasan Hacıislamoğlu, an entrepreneur and operator with experience across general management, international business and complex operations. That background shapes Scorpaq around practical operating reality: technology should reduce friction, improve visibility and make service easier to run — not create another layer of complexity.

Product principles

The product is being shaped around five principles.

  • Less friction — Guests should not need an app or unnecessary account creation just to interact with hospitality services.
  • Operational clarity — Important actions and business information should be easier to understand.
  • Trust by design — Security, privacy, payment integrity and tenant isolation are architecture requirements.
  • Global-ready core — Languages, currencies, providers and country-specific requirements should evolve without rebuilding the platform.
  • Useful intelligence — Analytics should help businesses act; weak data must not be disguised as certainty.

A more connected hospitality experience.

The long-term vision is a hospitality platform where guest interactions, service operations and business intelligence work together while the hospitality business remains in control of its own operation and customer experience.
