Service should be easy to reach wherever the guest is.
Guests can reach the relevant menu or service experience from their own phone, without treating every part of the property as a disconnected channel.

Keep the service location attached to the request
A room, table, lounger, service point or another configured location can stay attached to the order or request. This helps teams understand where the guest is and where the service needs to go.
Room service without forcing another app
The guest journey runs in the mobile browser. There is no mandatory app download and no mandatory guest account for the core experience.
One flow for orders and service requests
Food and drink orders can sit alongside requests for water, extra towels, housekeeping assistance or another configured service need. Scorpaq helps route and manage those requests; it does not claim to replace dedicated housekeeping software.
Different teams see different work
Kitchen teams focus on preparation, service teams follow what is ready and where it belongs, hotel teams handle relevant requests, and managers see the wider flow and what needs attention.
Complement the PMS, do not replace it
Scorpaq does not manage room reservations or hotel stays. It focuses on guest ordering and service workflows inside the property.
Support multiple service areas and properties
Organise the business from the hotel or property level down to outlets, service areas and individual service locations. This keeps each request connected to the part of the operation responsible for it.

A table, room or pickup point must be configured before it can supply order context. The link identifies that point; it does not automatically detect where a guest physically moves.

FAQ
Questions businesses ask
What is a hotel ordering system?
It gives guests a direct way to place orders and service requests while helping hotel teams manage the work across the property.
The hotel chooses which areas, menus and teams to configure. This does not make Scorpaq a reservation or accommodation-management system.
Can guests order room service by QR?
Yes. A QR entry point can take guests to the relevant room-service experience in their mobile browser.
The room or service-location link provides operational context for the request. Automatic PMS lookup, room-charge posting and reservation synchronisation are not promised.
Can guests order from the pool or beach?
Yes. Poolside, beach and lounger locations can be configured as service contexts.
The business must identify the relevant service point and define what is available there. Scorpaq does not imply automatic guest tracking or location detection.
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests use the mobile web experience.
Guests enter through the business’s QR link and use the available menu in their browser. The service points and payment options depend on that business’s setup.
Does Scorpaq replace a PMS?
No. Scorpaq does not manage reservations or stays and is not positioned as a PMS replacement.
The room or service-location link provides operational context for the request. Automatic PMS lookup, room-charge posting and reservation synchronisation are not promised.
Can service requests be handled as well as food orders?
Yes. Configured service requests can be managed alongside food and drink orders.
The business defines which requests are appropriate for each service area and which team handles them. This does not promise every possible hotel workflow or automatic fulfilment.
Can multiple service locations be managed?
Yes. Properties, outlets, areas and service locations can be organised within one operating structure.
Locations belong to the relevant business structure, with permissions and operating context kept explicit. A chain rollout needs its configuration and commercial scope agreed before activation.
