Ordering should work where the guest is
Guests can reach the relevant menu or service experience from their phone wherever the property has configured a service area. This does not rely on GPS, mapping, AI or voice ordering.

Scan, browse and order without leaving the lounger
A QR code opens the browser-based menu on the guest’s phone. Guests can browse and order without a mandatory app download or mandatory account.
Keep the service point attached to the order
Each configured service point can identify where an order belongs. This gives teams delivery context without claiming automatic physical-location tracking.

Help service teams know what is ready and where it goes
The order keeps its service context as it moves through preparation and fulfilment, helping teams understand both its current state and destination.

Manage availability by service context
Products and services may differ by outlet or service area. Scorpaq can keep the relevant menu and availability context clear without presenting itself as a full inventory-management system.
See where service is slowing down
Track the time between order receipt, preparation, ready status and completion. This helps managers see where poolside or beach service is slowing down without making guaranteed performance claims.
Part of a wider hotel guest-service flow
Built for hospitality, not another delivery marketplace
Scorpaq supports direct guest-to-property service within the hospitality operation. It is not a consumer delivery marketplace.
FAQ
Questions businesses ask
What is a poolside ordering system?
It lets guests browse and order from a configured pool, beach or lounger location while teams retain the context needed for fulfilment.
The business must identify the relevant service point and define what is available there. Scorpaq does not imply automatic guest tracking or location detection.
Can guests order from a lounger?
Yes. A lounger or lounger area can be configured as the service location attached to an order.
The business must identify the relevant service point and define what is available there. Scorpaq does not imply automatic guest tracking or location detection.
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests use the mobile browser.
Guests enter through the business’s QR link and use the available menu in their browser. The service points and payment options depend on that business’s setup.
Can poolside and room service use the same platform?
Yes. They can operate as different service contexts within the same Scorpaq structure.
Areas share the underlying model but can have different menus and staff responsibilities. The preview illustrates this structure rather than proving a live property deployment.
Can different service areas have different menus or availability?
Yes. Relevant product and availability context can differ by outlet or configured service area.
Availability needs to match the configured outlet or service area and the menu shown to guests. This is an operating control, not a promise of automatic stock synchronisation with another system.
Can teams see where the order should be delivered?
Yes. The configured service point remains attached to the order.
A table, room or pickup point must be configured before it can supply order context. The link identifies that point; it does not automatically detect where a guest physically moves.
Does Scorpaq replace the hotel PMS?
No. Scorpaq does not manage reservations or hotel stays.
The room or service-location link provides operational context for the request. Automatic PMS lookup, room-charge posting and reservation synchronisation are not promised.
