Restaurant operations are more than sales
Sales totals alone do not explain service delays, product unavailability, voids, comps, discounts or authorised changes. Scorpaq keeps these operational signals alongside ordering and sales context.
See where service is slowing down
Review the time between key stages to understand where work is slowing down. Scorpaq provides service-time visibility without promising guaranteed faster service.

Understand availability before judging demand
A low-selling product may have been unavailable for part of the day. Keeping availability context visible helps operators avoid confusing a lack of availability with a lack of demand.
Keep operational exceptions visible
Relevant exception records can retain who made the change, why it happened, when it happened and its value. Scorpaq does not present this as fraud detection.

- Comps
- Discounts
- Authorised changes
Put product economics in context
Sales, product cost, volume and contribution provide useful context for product decisions. If cost data is incomplete, Scorpaq should not present a definitive profitability conclusion. It is not accounting software.
Know what deserves attention today
Important sales changes, slow service, unavailable products, unusual void or comp activity and missing cost context can be brought together as operational attention. This concept does not depend on unsupported AI claims.
Different roles need different operational views
The same operation can present the information each role needs without forcing everyone through the same view.
- Owner — performance and economics
- Manager — today’s operational attention
- Service — what needs action now
- Kitchen — what needs preparation
What Scorpaq is not
Scorpaq is not a full POS, ERP, accounting system, payroll system, procurement system or full inventory ERP. It focuses on guest ordering, service operations and business performance.

FAQ
Questions businesses ask
What is restaurant operations software?
It helps teams follow the service activity, exceptions and operational context behind the day’s sales.
Useful examples include service delays, unavailable products and missing cost context. Concept charts and sample values are not measured customer results or guaranteed financial gains.
Is restaurant operations software the same as a POS?
No. Scorpaq is not positioned as a full POS and focuses on guest ordering, service operations and business performance.
Scorpaq does not promise automatic synchronisation with an existing till, hotel system or accounting package. Any separate workflow and its limits should be assessed before a pilot.
Can Scorpaq show service delays?
Yes. It can show the time between key order and service stages.
Compare receipt, preparation, ready and delivery timestamps to find which stage needs attention. A longer time identifies a place to investigate, not an automatic cause or a guaranteed service improvement.
Can unavailable products be tracked?
Yes. Availability context can be reviewed alongside sales and product performance.
Availability needs to match the configured outlet or service area and the menu shown to guests. This is an operating control, not a promise of automatic stock synchronisation with another system.
Can voids and comps be reviewed?
Yes. Relevant records can include who, why, when and value context.
Review an exception with its recorded actor, reason, time and value where those details exist. Missing context should remain visible; a void or comp alone does not prove misconduct.
Does Scorpaq calculate profitability?
Scorpaq can combine sales, product-cost and volume context. Incomplete cost data should not produce a definitive profitability result.
An insight should show which inputs are available and where gaps remain. A revenue figure without sufficient cost information is not a complete profitability measure.
Does Scorpaq replace accounting software?
No. Scorpaq is not accounting software.
Accounting records, payroll, purchasing and tax reporting remain outside Scorpaq’s stated scope. Operational sales and cost context should not be mistaken for a complete set of accounts.
