No. QR is the guest’s entry point. Scorpaq connects ordering and payment with service operations and business performance.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests use Scorpaq in their phone browser; there is no app to download.
Is a guest account required?
No. Guests can order and pay without creating an account.
Is Scorpaq a POS?
No. Scorpaq does not replace a POS. It focuses on guest ordering and payment, service operations and business performance.
Is Scorpaq a PMS?
No. Scorpaq does not manage reservations or stays. It focuses on in-hotel orders and guest service requests.
Does Scorpaq hold guest funds?
No. Payments move through the supported payment provider to the business. A paid order is created only after payment is verified.
Do restaurants and hotels use the same product?
Yes. Scorpaq adapts to each operating model, so teams see only the areas and service locations they need.
Will we need a technical team to set up?
No. Scorpaq is being built so businesses can set up menus, teams and service locations themselves. Business and payment checks are completed before going live.
Can I use Scorpaq today?
Not yet. Scorpaq is in development and preparing for early access.
What does early access mean?
We will contact suitable businesses as the pilot progresses. Applying does not guarantee access or free use, and creates no purchase commitment.
Has pricing been announced?
No. Pricing will be shared closer to general availability.
Will other businesses see our data?
No. Raw or identifiable data from one business is not exposed to another business.
Does Scorpaq use AI?
Ordering, payments and core business data do not depend on AI. AI may help explain verified information, but it does not determine payment outcomes or create business data.
