This notice describes personal information handled through Scorpaq.com and its early access and contact forms.
1. Scope
This notice covers the marketing website, early access applications and contact or privacy requests. It is not the privacy notice for the future guest or business platform.
2. Information collected
Early access: business or brand name, full name, business email, country, business type, location count and an optional message. Contact: name, email, topic and message. Both forms record language, submission time, a submission identifier and notice version. Early access also records the marketing choice and, when selected, its text version. The form database does not store IP addresses or browser profiles. Hosting logs are separate; this notice does not claim to provide a verified inventory of infrastructure logs or cookies.
3. Why we use it
We use information to consider applications, discuss early access and respond to questions or privacy requests. Submission identifiers help prevent duplicate records; email and submission times are used to limit repeated submissions.
4. Marketing choice
Applying for early access is not marketing consent. The marketing choice is optional, separate and off by default. The contact form collects no marketing permission. You can request withdrawal through the contact form without automatically deleting your early access application.
5. Storage and access
Applications and contact requests are stored in the website database. The site owner and technical providers needed to operate the service may access records. Information is not used for advertising targeting. We aim to remove records when no longer needed for their purpose; no fixed retention period has yet been established.
6. Service providers
The site uses hosting and database services. Automatic email notifications are not currently enabled. Once enabled, relevant form information will also be processed by the email delivery service; provider and transfer information must be updated before activation.
7. International processing
We do not promise that information is stored only in Türkiye. Hosting locations, provider contracts and applicable transfer mechanisms have not been verified for this notice. No unverified transfer safeguard or legal basis is claimed.
8. Security
Forms are validated on the server, with duplicate submission protection and controls against some automated submissions. Access and service security require technical and organisational measures. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Requests about your information
To request access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal of consent where applicable law provides those rights, choose “Privacy / Data request” in the contact form. Identity checks may be needed depending on the request; do not attach identity documents to your initial message.
10. Children
This marketing website is intended for businesses. It is not presented as a service for children or a tool for profiling them.
11. External websites
External websites may have their own privacy practices. This notice does not describe their processing.
12. Updates
We will revise this notice and its update date when forms, providers or processing practices change.
13. Contact and outstanding details
Use the contact form below for questions or data requests. The operator’s legal identity, controller details, registered address, legal bases and transfer arrangements have not yet been added. These details have not been invented; they remain open items for legal assessment of the data collection process.
